Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Kendal is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Kendal and across England. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and applicable UK law.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of England. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during your consultation. Our weight loss treatments are only available to individuals who meet clinically defined criteria as assessed by our pharmacist prescriber.
We reserve the right to decline treatment if we determine it is not clinically appropriate for you. Our services are not intended for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions that contraindicate weight loss medication.
All prescription medicines are issued only after a clinical assessment by our GPhC-registered pharmacist prescriber. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the prescriber and cannot be guaranteed.
You must answer all consultation questions honestly and completely. Providing false or misleading information may result in inappropriate prescribing and could pose a risk to your health. We may contact your GP to share prescribing information or seek further clinical details where necessary.
Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review. We reserve the right to withdraw prescribing at any time if we believe it is no longer clinically appropriate.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards processed through our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Charges include the consultation fee and the cost of medication where prescribed. If a prescription is not issued following assessment, you will be informed promptly, and where applicable, a refund will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Once your prescription has been approved and issued by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked courier service to your specified address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, incorrect address details provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive medications if required.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at the details provided on our website.
Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medicines, in accordance with UK regulations governing the return of dispensed medicines. If your medication arrives damaged or incorrectly dispensed, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Non-prescription products may be returned unused and unopened within 14 days for a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
The information provided through our service is intended to support, not replace, the relationship between you and your own GP or healthcare provider. We strongly recommend you inform your GP of any treatment we prescribe.
Weight loss medications carry potential risks and side effects. Full information will be provided with your medication. In the event of a medical emergency, always contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.
Results from weight loss treatments vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Our clinical team will advise on realistic outcomes during your consultation.
We handle your personal and health data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of providing your care. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
